Delivery & Returns
Delivery & Shipment:
We will deliver the merchandise by Royal Mail signed for delivery. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.
We hope that you will be delighted with our products. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on products unless they are deemed as faulty upon arrival.
Should you wish to return a faulty item please email email@example.com and we will send over the information needed in order to process the return. Please note, a photo of the faulty item will also need to be provided.
Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with a tracking number. We do not cover the cost of posting the item/s back to us or any customs charges that may occur. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us.
Any items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to us. They will be assessed and accepted if a manufacturing fault is found. Once the refund has been processed any funds due will be credited back to the payment method used for the order (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control).
