Royal Mail (signed for postage).
For orders to Europe, you may be charged an additional Tax (VAT) on orders over €150. Please be aware that it is the customer`s responsibility to liaise directly with customs in order to receive the goods. LUVISS will not refund orders that have not cleared customs or where customs and /or duties have not been paid.
Upon placing an order on the LUVISS site you will receive email confirmation with the tracking details and time frame of delivery of your parcel. Should you not receive your parcel within the time frame allocated please contact customer services: customercare@luviss.com
Unfortunately once your order is complete, you can no longer add items or, change your order. Should you wish to add more items you will have to create a new order and pay for the relevant postage associated to the new order.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please email customercare@luviss.com as soon as possible. Please note we cannot guarantee that we will be in the position to cancel your order as we have a quick turnaround from order placed to shipment.
Yes, all of our products are shipped in a recyclable plain box.
No, both LUVISS and our UK based manufacturer do not test on animals.
Yes, we are vegan friendly!
As our lubricant is water-based and free from harmful chemicals it should be safe to use during pregnancy, however, as every body is different we recommend that you consult with a doctor before using.
No, our lubricant doesn`t contain spermicide.
We only use body safe, natural ingredients: Water, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Lactic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Green Tea and Chamomile.
OIL-BASED LUBRICANTS:
- Tend to encourage bacteria creating an optimum environment for infections.
- Oil based formulas can stain sheets / clothing and generally messier.
- Oil-based lubricants can erode latex condoms.
- Oils such as Coconut oil can disrupt a woman’s natural balance pH, which can lead to infection.
OUR WATER-BASED FORMULA:
- Hydrating and natural feel.
- Does not stain clothing / sheets.
- Doesn`t feel sticky or leave a flaky residue.
- The water-based texture resembles that of natural bodily lubricant.
No, there’s no artificial scent, colour or flavour in our lubricant. The chemicals and sugars found in scented and flavoured lubricant can often do more harm than good!
